New Build Footing Inspection
In certain situations where a new development or extension lies in a mining district but has no direct record of mining activity, a footings inspection may be recommended to check for any unrecorded mining-related ground disturbance. This can help to avoid the cost of a full investigation at the point of sale and the adverse effects of unrecorded mining on new foundations. Once foundation trenches have been excavated as part of the build process, we inspect the ground profile for signs of mining activity or other forms of ground disturbance and are able to examine further the geology of the site.
Simply let us know the date when your footings will be excavated but not filled and we can pop by inspect them and provide you with a report which will save you thousands in the future and speed up your sale.
